Thank you for shopping at CORE MEMORIES! We physically stock all our beautiful lockets and hand-pack them with care to ensure they reach you safely and quickly.
1. Same-Day / Next-Day Dispatch (Processing):

Since we own our inventory, all orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day) of placing the order.

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped on the same day!
2. Shipping & Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, your package will be delivered to your doorstep within 4 to 7 business days across India (Metros and major cities usually take 2-3 days).

A tracking link will be sent to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the courier partner picks up your order.
3. Shipping Charges:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India! No extra or hidden fees at checkout.
4. Secure Packaging:

Every locket is packed in premium, secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit. However, as per our return policy, please remember to record an unboxing video when you receive your parcel!
