Eligibility for Replacement
1.Your item must be damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
2.You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Important: To claim a replacement, you MUST record a continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, the outer packaging condition, and the damage to the product.
